My client asks me to design an autoclave at 150 bars (internal pressuNo. Not allowed by ASME, unless you make a code case. But I wouldn't want to go that way for this application.So.I can't use ASME codes

A material not listed in II D (or approved via a Code Case) cant be user under ASMI realised just after I posted design requirements and applicable code are more important than welding qualifications.
